Litigation Support

The DOTSON Group offers safety, industrial hygiene and environmental testifying (non-consulting) expert services to legal clients comprised of CSP/CIH/AAEE opinions free of advice or advocacy and based upon the historical industrial hygiene scientific literature:

• Occupational Disease risk from historical or present day exposure to a broad range of toxic materials, including asbestos State of the Art and Exposure Assessment expert witness services.
• Workplace Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation involving occupational safety and industrial hygiene management practices, corporate governance processes and standards of care.
• Construction Defect Litigation related to water intrusion and occupant exposure to "toxic" mold, including hospital construction infection control risk assessment and nosocomial (hospital-acquired) infection litigation.

Legal Support services are provided by Kyle Dotson, CIH, CSP, BCEE, and now primarily include serving as a non-consulting testifying expert witness in workplace injury and wrongful death litigation involving such toxic tort issues as occupational exposure to asbestos (including state-of-the-art and exposure reconstruction), crystalline silica, insurance loss control, and water-intrusion related "toxic" mold indoor environmental quality in construction defect litigation.
